Put the name of the formula and the bottle size in the subject line, and a photo of the label if your question is about a line on it: that is the quickest way to the right answer.

Orders and returns

Orders go through our retail partner. For a delivery, a refund or a bottle that arrived damaged, use the order page where you checked out: that is where the order lives.

We can tell you what each formula contains and how the label says to take and store it. Whether a probiotic is right for you is a question for your doctor or pharmacist, who knows your health and your medicines.
