On these three labels the prebiotic fiber has a line of its own in the Supplement Facts table, with its weight: 100 mg of acacia, oat hull and rice fiber in the Synbiotic 3-1, 285 mg of acacia and oat hull fiber in the Women's, and 600 mg of beet root, acacia, cranberry and xylooligosaccharides in the Vaginal. The cultures line counts probiotics and postbiotics together.
All three use a delayed release capsule of hypromellose and gellan gum, and all three ask you to refrigerate the bottle once it is open. The Women's and Vaginal formulas are for women 18 and over, while the Synbiotic 3-1 is for any adult.

Why are your PB8 3-in-1 capsules delayed release?
That is the capsule type the label names: a delayed release capsule of hypromellose and gellan gum. It is made to open later than a classic capsule does.
Do you have to refrigerate a PB8 3-in-1 bottle?
Yes, after opening. The labels of the Synbiotic 3-1, Women's and Vaginal formulas say to store the unopened bottle in a cool, dry place and to refrigerate it once it is open.
